What is a credit?
One credit equals one successful page extraction. Most pages use one credit. Complex pages requiring multiple requests or JavaScript rendering may use more. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your self-serve plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no penalties for switching.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available on all self-serve plans with a discount versus monthly pricing. Contact us for annual dataset licensing rates.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
The free plan gives you 500 credits to test the platform with no time limit. Dataset customers receive a free sample before any purchase commitment. Managed extraction projects include a sample delivery before the contract starts.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your extractors will pause until your credits reset at the start of the next billing cycle. You can purchase additional credits top-ups at any time from your dashboard.
