Steps to use:

Step 1: Click on "use for Free"

Step 2: Activate the Pre-Defined extractor by clicking the "Activate button"

Step 3: Enter your starter URLs

Enter a List of search URLs to start the web scraping. It must be a Booking hotel search URL including query strings for filters.

Step 4: Click "Run now"

Obtaining Starter Links

You can use Trustpilot's search bar to look for businesses for which you want to scrape reviews.

Enter the name of the business and some keywords related to the businesses you're interested in. Each business page contains reviews from customers.

Please note that:

If a customer has multiple reviews for the same business on Trustpilot.com, only the most recent review is typically displayed, and the older ones may get hidden by the platform. Consequently, our scraper may not capture these hidden reviews, as they are not visible on the Trustpilot site.

The output file can be exported as csv, xml, xlsx, json formats.
